Privacy policy

WeBeam (Ontario, Canada) provides an AI phone receptionist for businesses. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, business details), billing handled by Stripe (we never see full card numbers), and for each call answered by Beam: the caller's number, a transcript, a summary and any details the caller gives.

How we use it

To answer calls for the business, send summaries to the business, provide support, bill the subscription and improve the service. Callers are told the call is transcribed.

Service providers

Twilio (telephony), OpenAI (voice AI), Anthropic (text AI), Stripe (payments) and OVHcloud (hosting in Canada). Some providers process data outside Canada.
