Service

WeBeam provides an AI receptionist that answers calls using information the customer approves. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of that information and for informing callers as required by law.

Trial and billing

14-day free trial with a card on file; the plan renews monthly until canceled. Cancel anytime from Billing. Taxes extra.

Acceptable use

No unlawful, harassing or deceptive use. No medical, legal or emergency services may rely on Beam; callers in danger must call 911.

Numbers

Phone numbers assigned by WeBeam remain WeBeam's; after cancellation a number may be suspended and later released.

Liability

The service is provided as is; WeBeam's liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous month.
